Are there any delivery restrictions?

We aim to deliver everywhere with ease, but here are a few details to keep in mind:
Postcode Restrictions: In some areas, we don’t deliver every day. The delivery date confirmed on your order confirmation for a 5-day delivery door is the date you need to refer to. If delivery occurs after this date, you are eligible to claim for late delivery.
Scotland Deliveries: Deliveries to Scotland are just as reliable but take an extra 3 working days.

How do I claim if my door is late?

If your door is late, we're here to help! Just follow these easy steps to claim a credit or refund:
Check Eligibility: Ensure your order was placed online and within the 5-day delivery range.
Submit a Claim: Simply email us at customer.services@door-stop.co.uk by the end of the second working day after the late delivery.<
Provide Details: Include your order number, expected delivery date, and any other relevant information.
Receive Credit/Refund: We’ll issue a credit note or refund to your payment card within 6 working days of receiving your claim.
